Colorado Credit Union building construction completed

Snyder Building Construction has announced the completion of the 9,207 square foot tenant construction of Credit Union of Colorado’s newest facility in Broomfield, Colorado. The project included converting an existing bank to the Credit Union of Colorado brand through base tenant and envelope construction. The extensive carpentry, designed by architect Galloway and Company, was an aesthetic focal point of the building. To accommodate the open plan, Snyder Building Construction removed and rebuilt the walls. The central bank wall is clad in full-scale carpentry from floor to ceiling.

To match the brand’s colors, the Snyder team meticulously stained the woodwork, which extended to the soffits. The teller and cash register also had beautiful carpentry with a stone veneer finish. The use of wood and stone finishes brings the exterior successfully in, creating a pleasant and open setting. The new bank facility was designed to deliver an open branch idea by removing the physical barriers between drive-thru and the cashier. The agency is equipped with easy-to-use self-service kiosks and virtual kiosks for the convenience and flexibility of its clients.

“The Credit Union of Colorado chooses entrepreneurs based on the highest value. Many of our members appreciate the ease of use of our digital banking services, which include access to thousands of ATMs at no additional cost. “However, there is no substitute for face-to-face banking, which allows us to build strong and trustworthy relationships with our members,” says Josh Houde, regional manager of the Credit Union of Colorado branch.
